Cisco power will not come on
The power on my cisco u-verse receiver will not come on. I have tried holding down the power button as well as unplugging and plugging back in. I do not get any link or HD lights to light up. All other services seem fine. Remote lights up and turns on the tv, but does not link to u-verse.

Class is now in session. We understand that you are having a problem with the power to one of your cable boxes in your home. We can help with that.
Normally with equipment that will not power on, there is only one option that we have, and that is to replace the equipment.
