Video Load Error ES-002
I am based out of the US and i have the Sports package that enables me to watch F1. I recorded the F1 last night. I am attempting to watch it on my ipad through the uverse app.
when i locate the recording and then select watch the following error is received - Video Load Error. Please Try Again in a moment (ES-002).
I have been trying for several hours with the same error.
what do i need to do to resolve this issue?

Same thing happened to me. Was watching F1 for about an hour on my iPhone...application accidentally minimized, and when I tried to bring the channel back up, got the same message.
Every single channel works except this one and the sd variant. What gives?
