Uverse app not updating

The app does not seem to be updating.  New shows in a series do not appear on-demand.  How do I fix this?

Hi @Diversehc!

We'd love to help you here! Are you getting any error message? If yes, let us know the error message. We suggest that your Reboot your Receiver, by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. You can also check cable connection to make sure that there is no loose cable.
