Login Failed U-verse app
For the past week I am unable to log in to the U-verse app on my phone. I get " Login Failed Cannot connect to server at this time. Please try again later. I am able to log in to my account on my laptop and work computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times on my phone. I have cleared the cache on my phone.
Is anyone having this problem with the u-verse app?

none of these "suggestions" work with my phone with android version 4.4.2 so please update the uverse app to work with this version of android.

Ok, I have to ask to anyone who knows. Does the uverse app actually have an email client in it? I don't have the app (I don't have a smart phone) so I don't know what that app does or does not have.
Back on topic, OP, did reinstalling the mail app require you to recreate the email account in it? If not try redoing your email account settings, or better yet, recreate the account in your email client app.

I see now the uverse app is no longer available - tried reinstalling and the only app I can find is for directv which i don't have....

The uverse app is atill available and has to be enabled on channel 9301.

The only app I can find in the app store (not apple app store) for kindle is directv.

I used the silk browser to access the amazon ap store manually and was able to find it....

Still get the same error as mentioned previously - I would say whatever service amazon used for the app has chnaged and is no longer compatible with he kindle fire hdx device - I know they stopped support of the online streaming service for uverse tv so my guess is that is how the app streamed for this platform. Android works and so does iphone - just not the one device I use for watching the news in the morning!

Kindle runs on Android, so once you load the Android app on your Kindle Fire device, it will work.
