Can’t sign in to showtime anytime or STARZ

I have U300 and when I try to sign into the apps it says I don’t have a subscription.

A common reason for the "user is not subscribed/ authorized" message you are seeing is that the registration process for U-Verse service was not fully completed online. You can visit the U-Verse site, and sign in to complete that process.


If you have completed your registration and still cannot use your network login to acces third party apps, there is more we can do. Is it just the two network providers you are having issues with, or all of them? Also, are you able to log in to the network providers' sites via a browser? In either case, you will want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the applications to ensure you have the most recent versions, and clearing the cache and cookies in your browser.

I have this exact same issue.  Unfortunately, I can't find any way on the website to see if I've completed the registration or not.  I believe I have.  

 

Where would I determine this on the U-verse site?

I am having the same issue with U-Verse. I did not have any issues using these smart tv apps with my last TV provider. I called U-verse customer service and they were no help. Looking for a solution as well.

I have the same issue. I can’t log into HBO SHOWTIME or Starz. I called customer support and they said yea we have been having this issue for some time now, the logins are not working for at&t. What a rip-off. Because I can’t log in my Apple TV is basically useless for watching movies...
