Why are we waiting up to 1 hour for a representitive?
I called ATT at 11:15AM
Received a call back at 12:13 - spoke with a rep. She said she would call me back with another (retention) rep on the line.
She called me at 1:11 - We were disconnected within a few mins
NO CALL BACK! Why did she ask for a "good call back number"??
I recalled ATT - again was a 50 min wait
Got a call back at 1:55 - was disconnected after giving passcode, and description of my issue
This is totally unacceptable
I have been on my phone off and on all day and have not been disconnected. Today or any other day!.
