I need contact executive customer service info please

I just posted a little while ago here but I was just wondering does anyone know of 1-800 numbers or executive customer service numbers where I can get speedy service without having to yell at the stupid voice recognition guy then to a customer service rep who can't really assist me with my issues?

Also does anyone have an address for AT&T where I can send my complaint?

Thanks in advance for your help... I really need it Smiley Happy

I have been lied to by so many supervisors, the last one was Caleb promised me 2 1/2 weeks ago an Escalation Supervisors call within 72 hours, that never happened, today 5 hours on the phone with the Billing supervisors telling me a conference call with a supervisor with the authority to resolve my problems would call me back at 9:00 a.m.  NEVER HAPPENED, 5 phone calls later, now being told the supervisor will call me back....5 hours later NO CALL NO RESOLUTION!   I want a presidential escalation on my accounts!

@JamieQue, I would suggest you escalate your issue by clicking this Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your issues. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope  in the upper right hand corner of this site, next to your avatar and name) in a business day or three. You can speed things up by including your name, Billing Account Number and the best way and time to reach you.

Should that not accomplish your goal, you can Google for AT&T's mailing address in Dallas, TX.  Office of the President.  But I'm betting you'll get further, faster with the PM than the snail mail.

I am long timer customer and for some reason this year, ATT has given me more problems then I ever had.  Alway messing up my account and payments. Then shutting my phone off.  Every month.. Same story.. Today they treated me like crap..

i have come to hate this company and have been a great customer for at least 10 years

i can seem to get help. Everyone I call, refers me to some other Axxx that is worse then the one I just had.

if anybody important reads this that works for ATT , maybe you should consider treating long time customers with better respect..

@Slott1960

i agree with you.  And unfortunately for AT&T, you are not alone.  Who do they have working there now?  These reps don't have any customer service skills, not even the ones working for the " office of the president."  I wish them the same rep back to them when they have a problem and can't solve it or get it handled.  It's very disappointing to see that they don't care anymore.  I bet the competition will take me in a heartbeat and will love my money.  I will leave AT&T.

I have been a customer for all of my life, and the treatment I get now is horrible.  Supervisor came to my home to look at the problem.  and told me that they would completely take care of it.  3 guys came today and fixed only 1/2 the problem.  on the phone with AT&T which transferred me 5 times, The last one couldn't find the right repair ticket.  He even told me that the supervisor LIED to me.  What happened to taking responsibility?  Now it will cost me about $100 to correct everything, thinking I will deduct that amount from my next check!

I have wasted approx 2 hours online and on the phone this morning trying to get somewhere with AT&T, but your "customer service" representatives seem to provide anything but customer service. Also, why is it forbidden that I should ask to speak to someone in the US when the "customer retention specialist" in the Phillipines cannot seem to help? This loyal customer of almost 15 years is now ready to move everything (cellular, tv, internet) to Verizon. I can receive my employee discount through either company, so why not?
