WatchESPN "User Not Authorized" Message

I have AT&T U-Verse TV and Internet and I have the ESPN channels but when I try to watch videos on WatchESPN I get a message that I am not authorized to play the content. I get his message on both the browser website and the iPhone app. Any suggestions?
