Stars on demand not working on iPad

I downloaded the Starz app for my iPhone and iPad.  I am able to view shows on the iPhone, but not on the iPad.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.  When I pick an episode I want to watch then press play, nothing happens.  If I hit the download button, it says it's added to the playlist.  If I press the playlist button, I get an error message.

Sorry to read of the trouble you are having with the Starz app. When troubleshooting the ATT U-vesre app, we recommend the following: 

  1. Reset the device.
  2. Delete cache. Varys on phone, browser or device operating system.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the app. 
  4. Verify you have the latest software on your phone, tablet, and browser.

If the above does not work, we recommend downloading the U-verse app to stream.
