You have left a dangerous hole at the back of my property, when will it be leveled??

Last fall AT&T came and dug a hole to work on a box at the rear of my yard.  It was open all winter and early this spring you came and filled it in, but the ground is sinking and as of now the new hole is 2' X 4' and gettiing deeper with each rain fall.  All of the area has been covered with a nylon mesh and straw and the weeds are getting taller and taller and no one can cut it with risking pulling the mesh into the mower.  You need to come out and level this.  When will you do this?  Waiting for your answer. 5/29/2014

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your backyard hole problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days. 

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.
