Samsung Mega 2 keeps turning off
my phone keeps shutting down. just turns itself off for no reason, it has been happing more and more this is a NEW phone have only had it for a couple of months,since I updated it, it has starting doing this.. Help please

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are having, it sounds as if the update had a hiccup while being performed.
I would start with a factory reset and see if that resolves the issue, first back up the device to ensure that no content is lost.
Please click here to install Samsung smart switch to your computer or you can choose to use any 3rd party program to back up your Mega.
