S4 Active

I have an S4 Active and this morning it updated but it was an AT&T update.. My service provider is not At&t but im guessing the phone is att.. Anyways after this update my phone no longer connects to the Wifi.. It shows that its turning on and never does. Can i please get some assitance with this

Thank you for your inquiry. To confirm, you're not able to connect to any wi-fi, correct?


We can try a couple of troubleshooting steps: first go to Menu>Settings>More>Application manager>Menu>Reset app preferences.

Try booting up the device in Safe Mode - http://bit.ly/1tpdmVL and tell us if this helps.

If Safe Mode does not work, then you would have to try a factory reset of the device.
