Re: Smart return service for old phone

Hello,

I recently mailed my old phone back using the smart label return service.

I tried to search my shipment status using the website provided on the tracking slip, and entered my tracking number.

I dropped off my device at USPS on 4/17/19

There is NO record in the system.

There has GOT to be another way to track this!

Please advise.
