My phone wants a password after update, never had a password on phone.

We'd love to help with this. If you haven't yet, restart the device. Press and hold the Power/Lock button, then select Restart. Press Restart to confirm. If your S10 is still asking for a password, you may need to perform a factory reset. If you haven't backed up your device, you will lose data when you do this.
