This user is not from the USA so they wont beable to use numbersync... @SaviHassan You wont be able to use this tablet for calls its not made to do that without numbersync which is a ATT only feature.

I am sorry you are having trouble placing calls with your Galaxy device. I am more than pleased to check into this for you!
I completely understand how important it is to be able to place calls on your Galaxy as soon as possible. The best thing to try first is our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. After opening the link, please select your make and model device. Next please select Phone calls, under Service/network issues and follow the prompts to troubleshoot the device. Please read the accepted solution.
You will have to use Skype or similar app. It’s not usable as a phone unless used on At&t with a compatible phone.
