Samsung S7 Active required PUK code

Hello,

I have purchased Samsung S7 Active for full price without a contract. At the moment I am in another country and I'd like to use the phone here. I clicked through the link att.com/deviceunlock/ and got unblock code with instruction for how to use it (Request number: NUL714190394760). Following the instruction my phone didn't respond to my actions. I have entered the code in the following format: #0111*{unlock code}#. After that I tried to enter the code in input field that occurred upon applying SIM card of another operator. The phone said that the code is incorrect and required PUK code. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

Congratulations on getting your phone unlocked! A PUK code is easy to obtain and I would be happy to help you.

 

Since your phone has been successfully unlocked from the carrier, you do not need to worry about any kind of approvals or unlocking anything from our side.

 

The PUK code the device is asking for can be obtained from the carrier of the SIM it belongs to. You will need to contact their support for this code in order to unlock the SIM. Please be careful, too many unsuccessful attempts may permanently disable the SIM card!
