NEED Help.

I recently requested a phone unlock code here from AT&T.

And right this morning I received the unlock code.

I tried input of it then the device restarted then this::  "PHONE FREEZED" came on.

 

How can I go past that now?

DID YOU PUT IN NON ATT SIM AFTER RESTART DEVICE AND THEN ENTER UNLOCK CODE. if device is locked out call CS to get help resetting and to finish unlock.

Yes I did put NON-AT&t sim.

Hmm, seems it is locked out as i have researched it..

Any Representative out there perhaps that can help?

chk in a short while .... lizdance or other is real smart and may respond. otherwise, call tech support supervisor and get it unlocked or unfrozen.it's not impossible. you need to mention device type. I have a s8 plus.

This is not a way to reach ATT.  Please call them directly at 8 am when they open or try chat.  If you are not an ATT customer 1-800-331-0500

half the battle is done if you call them. first.sounds like there's security that blocks you if too many attempts to unlock.
