Kit Kat 4.4 for Samsung Galaxy S2 fails during install

Question

I have been trying to update my Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-I747 to Kit-Kat 4.4 for a few weeks now. It downloads just fine but when it goes to install somewhere between 20-40% the installation fails and give a message that the installation was interrupted. This happens on both of my S3's.

I have installed Samsung's Kries as well and even with the most recent update (today) it tells my my phone is up to date however the version on my phone shows a Android 4.3 and the Broadband Version is I747UCUEMJB which is for Android 4.3

Any help would be appreciated.
