When i try to text pr pull up an app the screen goes to solid gray amd the phone gets super hot!! Why is my phone doing this?!?!?!!

To resolve these issues, I’d recommend performing a factory reset. For steps on this please visit us at www.att.com/devicehowto/ and select the make and model of your phone. On the left column you’ll find steps to back up the phone under backup and restore and reset steps under troubleshooting and reset device.
