Restore GoPhone Funds
I missed the pay date for my GoPhone (had 2 pay dates in Oct-confusing). I would like to request AT&T restore the funds that were removed from my account (close to $500.00). I don't understand why this money was taken from my account since I have not used it. I don't care if there is an expiration date - I have paid for services and have not used as much as needed.
Besides there is also a limit of $500.00 on the GoPhone. I mostly use my phone for emergencies since I cannot use it at work. I tried an AT&T email I had but it no longer works.
Please tell me what I need to do to have my funds restored.
