Is data included in the $50/month plan?

Razr. Question for you as youre on the $50 plan. On the $50 plan the data is included correct?. i.e. you dont have to add the additional data plans
$25 for 1 GB
$15 for 200 MB
$5 for 50 MB

EDIT: Answering my own question it appears data is not included (smartphones)  so you have to buy the additional plan.
