can you get international day pass on a prepaid $2 a day plan

Hi. I have a bunch of questions about the $2/day prepaid daily plan with $1 / 100MB data add on.

This is for a "backup" phone for emergency use if my regular phone is stolen.

1. Can the $2/day prepaid plan roam internationally?

2. How much are calls, texts and data when roaming internationally on the $2/day plan?

3. Can you add on the $10/day international day pass if you have the $2/day prepaid plan? This link on the IDP doesn't mention the $2/day plan/

4. The $10/day international day pass says it gives access to your regular plan data allowance at high speed. But the $2/day prepaid has no data allowance. So if you can get the IDP on the $2/day, how does this work out in terms of data charges and amounts of high speed data?

5. If you get the +$1/100MB data can you tether (mobile hotspot) on the $2/day plan?
