50$plan did not get my 8gigs of high speed
Was awarded 8 gigs for enrolling in auto pay. Once recieved those gigs kicked in the remaining data I had stopped till promo gigs where used.my plan renewed. the remaining data rolled over and finally my promo data was used up my rollover data kicked in and was used up.now I m told I have no internet connection and I'm being asked.if I would like to purchase a data add on??? Y??? When I should have 8 gigs of high speed from recently paying my plan I just paid for with the autopay I enrolled in.
