Thanks for the post.
Have you been using the AT&T Mark the Spot app to report the network issues? You can mark the place on the map and report the issue when service has been restored or you can use Wi-Fi. Mark the Spot is free for AT&T customers to download in your device app store.
Your wireless device or your device settings may be responsible. Use the AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve (TS&R) tool to help resolve these issues.
We encourage you to check out the AT&T Network Map to confirm wireless coverage.
Please try Troubleshoot & Resolve, Mark the Spot app, and Network coverage and post back with your Zip if the problem continues.
