Allow us to assist. What's the make and model of your phone? Are you able to receive responses from AT&T Star Codes?
Try resolving your experience by texting HELP to the short code service you're trying to access.
Doing this helps reset your phone's network carrier with the service who may have it incorrectly recorded.
