No. Sorry. The At&t server has the update and it will only be downloaded if using At&t for service.

At&t phones cannot update on another network. You have to be using an AT&T sim and network to trigger OS updates

Hi,
Any other option to do Android upgrade for my ZTE phone as I cannot go to AT&T network because I am not in USA.
