wireless home phone not working

ive tried calling customer support and have been givin 5 different numbers to call one of which was no longer in service and the last call i was transferred to verizon tech support for some reason wireless led and battery led both flashing orange tried unplugging it and plugging it back in nothing has worked

Hello there, can you please provide more information about your issue? Specifically what model of the Wireless Home Phone (we have 4 different models past and present) This was we can properly diagnose what the LEDs may be trying to tell us. im not getting any dial tone sorry if i seem a little short ive been getting the runaround all day and im at my wits end
