new to gophone plan
My Dad decided to switch from his regular AT&T plan to a go phone plan to save money. We were told he could keep his old number. When we set up his new phone, it assigned him a new number! We would like to keep the number he knows. How do I help him?

I’m sorry to hear your Father’s current number was not transferred over to the new GoPhone line! I’d be happy to help! May I ask how the switch to GoPhone was made? I would recommend visiting one of our AT&T company stores where we can get you set up with a GoPhone line using the same number your Father has been using with postpaid service.
