go phone

heres  the problems bought a phone bought a 30 dollar card with phone the person that set this up gave me a number of *** sim number ***  and the card number for  30.00 is ***

was told that i needed a sim card for phone a week later got sim card was the wrong one

 a week later they sent me a new card that works

 

went to set this up it gives me a new phone number *** and sim card *** a new plan

 

im still lost i am on week 3 with no phone im really getting frustrated i have spent good money and have nothing for return  and im still lost  ronnie

 
 sent this again on 3/5/17  no reply again
 
 and  im posting this again

Were you able to activate your new GoPhone? If you have not been able to do so, visit this link. It will walk you through the entire process. After you have completed the activation please restart your device. This will make a concrete connection to the AT&T network.

nobody is listening nobody is reading what im writing so my best bet toss the phone  go back to tracphone at least it works so there hundred dollars shot out the door thanks for nothing

 sent this again on 3/5/17  no reply again my number 269 236 9280 as u can see this 1 phone has 2 numbers 2 sims ards  and  u people have taken a 30 dollar minutes card and wasted it so that i cant use it  u all have my home phone number call me talk to a human  ronnie chapman

somer gets the credit for this one she was nice she took 5 minutes called and then understood what i was having the problem with she took time and fixed it all, theres some things a simply phone call fixes and clicking a link will never fix  thank you again somer it was great ronnie
