Unlock iPhone 7 Plus
Hi,
I bought my IPhone 7 Plus at Bestbuy in full but because I have ATT so now my phone is locked. I submitted an unlock request but I have not received a response for over 24 hours. I really need the phone to be unlocked because we have changed SIM card. Can someone please assist? Request number is [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]

I'm in the exact same boat. Purchased iPhone 6S Plus from Best Buy in late 2016, paid in full up front, but the phone apparently locked to AT&T. Submitted unlock request over 48 hours ago and still shows as "In Progress". Multiple chat sessions and calls, no one can help. They all say just keep waiting. This is ridiculous. My wife already missed a call from a prospective employer because of this, and she's traveling internationally later this week. This needs to be resolved ASAP or I will be bringing my entire family plan to a different carrier.
