Unite Explore Mobile Hotspot Connectivity Issue
For the past two weeks we've had spotty connection with our mobile hotspot device. We've done a soft power down and that doesn't seem to solve the issue. Anyone else have ideas on what could be causing this?

Try a factory reset of your hotspot. This method erases all data, settings, and preferences, but reverts the device back to factory settings.

I have no recognition of the device in Sirekess Connections whatsoever, even though thé thé configuration (Wireless ID & Passcode) are correct.
