The IMEI you entered does not appear to be an AT&T wireless phone or tablet.

I am trying to unlock my Alcatel phone with correct IMEI but keeps on getting "The IMEI you entered does not appear to be an AT&T wireless phone or tablet. Please re-enter the correct 15-digit IMEI number for your AT&T wireless phone or tablet" message!

I tried different browsers also but still the same!

Please help me!

Thanks.

Have you used the phone on att prepaid for 6 months?  If not you won't get it unlocked.

I have an iPhone that is locked to at&t network, it can be activated with only at&t sim card and it does not accept any other. I am not able to unlock it since I can not even post an unlock request because when I insert the imei, it shows that it does not belong to at&t, please help

Prepaid phones IMEI are purposely not in the unlock system.  Until the phone is used on ATT it will not show in the unlock system because it MUST be used for 6 months to be eligible for unlocking.

All prepaid carriers sell phones below retail cost.  Because of this, they are allowed to lock

phones for up to 12 month.

In the past ATT did not require phones be used before unlocking.  That loop hole is CLOSED.
