Slow Internet

Slow Internet having trouble with my Internet and trying to stream TV shows keeps Buffering yet I have unlimited

Welcome to the Community Forums! Having high speed data is great. I use my device to stream shows and movies as well. I understand the importance of having fast data. I am more than happy to help with this today.


Please make sure your device has the latest software available. Before downloading software it is a good idea to back up the phone’s data. Please visit the Device Support page and select your phone’s make and model. Click View All Solutions, and then click on Backup & Restore or Software updates to see the appropriate steps.


The next step is our great Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. After logging into your myAT&T account and selecting your device, please click on Internet to begin the process of fixing the issue.
