Returned Merchandise
I ordered a phone case in store and the carrier USPS was unable to delivery the case to the store because the agent forgot to include the suite number. Eventually the case was returned to ATT but I haven’t received a refund.

We regret the problems experienced with your recent accessory order. Once the order cancels your refund will generate within three business days. However, we have no bearing on how long your credit card company may hold the refund prior to its release to your account.
