Network unlock code doesn't work for ZTE Z812
Hello,
I received the 16 digit unlock code to use my phone on a non AT&T network with a non AT&T SIM card, but the phone doesn't except the code.
What's AT&T's solution?

After a chat session AT&T returned with the exact same code for the second time a day later.

Apparently, my Z812 is now in a 'permanent' lock state. How can I wipe this completely and/or actually unlock it? I also have an unlock code which is failing.
