Net gear Nighthawk wireless WiFi hotspot router
The router had frozen on updating device screen and no matter what you do will not come off this screen. We have shut it down, taken battery out, turned it off, etc and all comes back on with same screen.

Did you try to reset the Netgear Nighthawk WiFi hotspot router to factory default by pressing the reset button at the side of the SD card slot?
