Music ID not working on the Fuze???

I have been using music ID on the 8525 for over a year but I cannot get it to work with my fuze. After hours and hours with customer service and tech support, still no luck. Everytime I open the app it says you need to subscribe then gives option to download a cab, I install the cab but it does not change anything..still thinks I need to subscribe.   help???

you serious? ok Thanks for the info. It's probably something wrong with account settings and not specific to fuze hardware. I will go back and handle it with customer service. Thanks again
