Just purchase new phone,it been charging for a week
just saying - download mode do not unplug the device until the process is complete
is this normal?
just need to know.

Hey there @pandax!
I’m sorry to hear that, it is definitely not normal for the phone to be downloading for a week!
Are you writing any ROMs or software to the phone? If not, you should be able to restart it without fear of anything going wrong.
You can do that by holding the power key down until it shuts off. Just ignore any prompts that come from the phone, and it will restart on its own.
