How do you turn the internet on on the att homebase?
Hello, I’m attempting to set up my att homebase. I have gone to att.homebase but every time I attempt to click the ‘turn internet on’ button it either states it’s connecting and then goes back to showing ‘turn internet on’ or it just continues to do the spinning wheel stating it is connecting.
How do I fix this issue?!

First, please make sure it is activated. We have a great article on how to activate the Wireless Home Phone. Next, please use our Device Support page for further troubleshooting. Make sure your device is selected, and the go to Learn how to use > Tutorials > Troubleshooting > Internet access issues.
