Does AT&T want to sell/market their ZTE Mobley devices or not??

Does AT&T want to sell/market their ZTE Mobley devices or not?? Tried to order (twice) and all I got was order cancelled because they could not verify my identity from the info I provided.  The info was correct.  No other explanation.  I buy online a lot.  Never had this kind of runaround.  All they say is go to a store and take some ID.  If AT&T wants to sell online, get their act together.

The problem is the Mobley is only available online.  Or was.  Out of stock is the last word.

I went to a store.  They do not carry them but they were able to order me one.  Shipping is out a few weeks (Aug 18th).  Same price ($99.99) as online.  Has a $25 activation fee.  Same rate at $20/mo plus tax and fees.  Store had to call corporate to get things straightened out.  Waiting now to receive and see how it goes.
