Can't hear person on other end unless I have speakerphone on

When I make or receive a call with my ATT cingular flip phone, I can't hear other person but they can hear me.

Thank you for posting on the Community Forums. I understand how important it is to be able to use your phone without having to turn on speakerphone. I am more than pleased to assist with this!

AT&T has this amazing new Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool which will help with getting this fixed. When you open the link, you can log in to personalize it for your specific device. You can just select Phone calls to get started. I hope this helps!

@Lakewoman527 I'd guess there is something stuck in the headphone jack so that it thinks you have headphones in. (Not certain about this since they can hear you).

Have you tried it with headphones? (Just asking, not recommending)
