Many can, but how well is the question. MMS won’t work with native app. Hotspot mat not work. No Wifi calling or HD voice.
The only exception is iPhone, which is not a branded device.

It's a constant nag that won't go away. Verizon is reminding you your using a non Verizon sim card.
