Blackberry Storm 9530
I purchased this device for a friend that is coming to visit and needs basic service. Voice and Texr works fine, but can't access the internet even thought I purchased a data plan. My question is: is this phone supported?

Blackberry Storm is Verizon exclusive smartphone from several years back, and their network is CDMA, while AT&T is GSM. I used to have Storm 9530 when I was with Verizon, to me only thing good about it was getting emails, web browser forget it, and no wi-fi. Had some discussion on Blackberry forums about unlocking it to use on AT&T network using 'third party" codes, or Verizon have to unlock GSM radio, I don't know.

Apologize first post. Somebody probably unlocked it to use to use on AT&T network, Storm 9530 is old phone and it's obsolete. AT&T now has LTE, Storm 9530 is 3G, probaly cannot use AT&T HSPDA+ network.
