Thank you for bringing this question to our attention. I understand your concerns not being able to connect to our LTE network, it’s definitely very fast and a great feature to both!
Since your device originally belonged to a different carrier, there are certain requirements which must be met in order to be fully compatible with our network. Please check this excellent article explaining in detail what to look for.
I addition to this, please navigate to these settings and ensure they are setup properly:
Please go to Settings.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap Network mode.
Select LTE/GSM/UMTS (or similar but making sure GSM is always chosen)
After making this changes please restart the device, and hopefully this time it will be able to connect. In case it does not, please be on the lookout for a private message I will be sending you via the forums, asking for more information.
