customer service by email or chat
I bought my prepaid phone in Allentown, PA in early September.
I was able to put enough cash into my account to get me through a year.
My problems:
1. I need to re-set my password
2. I do not remember my password
3. I am working outside the U.S., so sending a text message to my phone won't work
4. I need to do all the above, either by email, or by being able to speak to a live person to help get this done.
Any suggestions:

Sorry, ATT does not do customer support via email and prepaid customers do not have the option to chat. Even if you were able to reset your password, it is unlikely you will be able to login to your account from outside the US. Anyway, your options are to call or send a private message to @ATTCares.
