The system could not log you on. Please enter your password and try again.
Think I´m posting to the right forum, apologies if I´m not.
I´m trying to access the paygonline website for the first time for more than a week now and I´m putting in the right number and pin but it says it cannot log me on. Everytime, I get the following message:
The system could not log you on. Please enter your password and try again.
I am not in the states at the moment and therefore cannot just call AT&T easily. Is there anyway to reset it ... any ideas?

I’m sorry to hear you are unable to access the GoPhone account management website! I’d be happy to help! Unfortunately, as the only method of PIN reset is via SMS, you would be unable to access that message while roaming outside the US. I would recommend contacting our International Support department at +1 916 843 4685 (free from mobiles).
