I have the my att app and in the past was able to access my account and pay bill online. The app no longer allows me to see my account, pay bill or even contact customer service. I am being blocked because locker is not available. I can log in but can not do anything.

Restarting your phone or force-closing the myAT&T app can help ensure it is not experiencing a temporary software issue. Checking for updates in the play store or app store can also help make sure it is running the most current version.

 

Re-installing the myAT&T app will also ensure you are running the most up-to-date firmware for it. Our support article on troubleshooting the myAT&T app can help walk you through re-downloading the application if you are unable to locate it in the app or play store.
