Difficulty navigating new website
Anyone else having trouble with the new AT&T website? I can't get it to show me my bill; it just goes around and around among about three pages and never stops. Also, when I click the link to change my plan, it throws a page that says "working" and never goes anywhere. The new site is hard to navigate and several parts just don't work.

I’m sorry you have been experiencing issues with the myAT&T website. Have you attempted to access this site using a different web browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome? If you are still having this problem, I would recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the history of the device you are using to access this website.
