Creating an at&T login
I switch from another carrier in November and have been trying to create an account online. I get to the security questions then it just spins not going to the last step. I want to be able to pay my bill and look st my plan without having to call in. Any suggestions?

Have you called 611 and asked for help? They can walk you through the set up.
You might consider auto pay to a credit card. I set mine up that way and paynoff thencard each month. Pretty much goof proof this way.

I have. They refered me to a combative escalated helpdesk that could not understand that I was unable to create the my att user. they insisted that all I needed to do was recover my password, and when that didn't work as I had no my-att user set up, referred me to a technical helpdesk who was busy, who was supposed to call me back within 4 hours. this was of course on dec 27. still waiting.
