Can't login to my account

Hi, my name is Yupadamaiya. I'm out of the country right now and I try to login to my account to pay my bill online and they keep saying that my usname is not match with my password or my email does not correct but I been using this email, username and password for the last couple year. I don't know how I suppose to log in and pay my bill online now. Please help
